Spousal PR for non accompanying spouse

hello everyone,
My name is Abhinav Diwan. I have applied for my PR under EE with a non accompanying spouse. I am expecting my PR very soon and therefore have started researching about spousal PR. I have certain doubts which I wanted to ask:
1. How soon after reaching Canada can I start the process ?
2. Outland or inland ?
3. Can I apply for a visitor visa for my spouse and daughter, if yes, should I do it before or after filing for PR.
4. What are the chances of getting their TRV approved ?

The process takes upto 12 months and my wife and daughter are not ready to wait for this long. Kindly suggest the way out. I desperately need to apply for a visitor visa for them and also get it approved.
Kindly share your valuable suggestions.

But how would I show my employment while I am in Canada. Can share my ownership docs though. All this while I was thinking that the sponsored needs to prove family ties.

You don't need to be employed to sponsor your spouse for PR.

The applicant does not need to show family ties to the home country for a spousal sponsorship application.

Congrats (Belated ) on PPR, any inputs on the questions being asked at port of entry regarding non accompanying spouse?
