Well... bad news for me.
I got in touch with my mp and they still haven't entered the letter in the system.
My file is flagged and they are questioning rukhsati.
Im going in January. Only Allah know when i will receive this letter. So might as well go now and get it over with.
Do you think if i come bak and submit it. It will be beneficial for my case?

Don't panic now. It's just delayed. Not refused.
Go ASAP, get it all done, make lots of evidence, submit it to CIC ASAP, and hope for the best.
If you sit idle waiting and doing nothing, it will not help the situation.
Let this be a lesson for those who want to do only a "nikah-only" thing and still expect to get through in express time.
One last thing, order GCMS (electronic) to find what are the case comments on file currently. It will take a month or so to get.
Just checked my ecas and status has changed to decision made Alhamdulilah!
