My time line is almost same as yours, my spouse she is waiting for her passport with visa stamped from islamabad IA next week is what we are hoping for. You will get response soon IA.

if u r currently residing in canada then u should fill in the box with ur name and surname. leave those boxes with simply writing N/A. but do write ur email address if u want to send ur current status by email. hope u got it

Same here ! it'll be 11 months on dec 21, and nothing so far! I asked for notes, which i should receive on the 15th. If not then
Im going to proceed to write LVO a VERY angry email.
