Well... bad news for me.

I got in touch with my mp and they still haven't entered the letter in the system.

My file is flagged and they are questioning rukhsati.

Im going in January. Only Allah know when i will receive this letter. So might as well go now and get it over with.

Do you think if i come bak and submit it. It will be beneficial for my case?

Any help...

I have donE my re medical in august and also added my daughter in my case. .till now no ppr .
I am thinking to apply for a visit visa..if I get visit visa.will it effect my case??

Today I emailed my MP may b he reply but I'll call him on Monday would that work or I have to go in persone? Plz help me and I need prayers as I'm in so much depression I can't think or do anything right and I have a small baby to take care I think I'm the only one who left from June 2013

u hv to go in person as u hv to sign authorisation letter...alot of prayrz for u,may Allah ease ur dificulty soon n make u united with ur spouse,aameen...in shaa Allah u will b done v soon

When you were filing the application, many of us here told u already that it may get "delayed" as you insist on nikah-only.

Don't panic now. It's just delayed. Not refused.

Go ASAP, get it all done, make lots of evidence, submit it to CIC ASAP, and hope for the best.
If you sit idle waiting and doing nothing, it will not help the situation.

Let this be a lesson for those who want to do only a "nikah-only" thing and still expect to get through in express time.

One last thing, order GCMS (electronic) to find what are the case comments on file currently. It will take a month or so to get.

Dnt know exact date as i nevered ordered notes....my lawyer inquired in april 14 n at tht tym it was with lvo
