My wife Canadian nationality holder

Married 23-Nov-2010 Pakistan
She submitted file to CIC on 18-Feb-2012 for sponsor me
CIC status update on e cas that file for sponsorship received on 10-Apr-2012
CIC status updated to decision made for sponsorship on 11-Jul-2012
CIC status updated that my file comes to process on 07-Aug-2014 at London
E-Mail received from London visa office on 28-Oct-2014 for following.


Dear Applicant,

This refers to your/your client's application for permanent residence in Canada.

Please be advised that, in order for us to continue processing your application, we require the following items:

- The following updated forms:

english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM0008ENU_2D
english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5406E
english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5669E
pakistan/assets/pdfs/pakistaninationals-form-en

- Updated, original Pakistan police certificate.

- Copy of your passport bio-page and details of your height and eye colour.

- Medical examination; please note that medical instruction forms will be emailed separately.

Please submit the requested documentation/information to us within 30 days including a copy of this email
as a cover letter. Please submit all the above documents to us at the same time, quoting your
file number (shown in the subject line above) on all correspondence, including on the envelope.

I sent all above info and docs on 19-Nov-2014 to London via DHL courier.

London visa office received all above info and docs on 21-Nov-2014

And please tell me that should I make a overseas NIC? Will nadra accept overseas nic before my visa on passport? Is there a visa is required for overseas nic??? When should I apply and also help me on what I have to make or prepare for next which are mandatory?

After reading your case history it seems that you have waived the interview (good sign).

> NICOP has nothing to do with Application. But if you wish to have one, you can apply by providing your passport only (No Visa Required).

Once it says (Medical Results have been received) then it will change to "In Process" or "Decision Made" then LVO will contact you for PPR.

I’d made an Enquiry to LVO on Nov 11, 2014, that
Where My File is? With them or not (LVO)?
If Yes, When did they receive it from Islamabad?
As they said, that they’ll give me reply within 28 days…
But no Response... HUH

Just a quick question after how many days of change of status to decision made you get email to submit passport.

Yes you got to wait till it says November 14 for processing times. Its holiday season so they are working extremely slow but there pace will pick following the first week of January. You will most likely have your SA by January end the latest. Hang in there, I know the wait sucks.
