hi all, my file shows "Medical results have been received." on the cic website. What do I expect to happen next?
File was transferred to LVO from Mississauga in May 2014.

Now a days, many if not all spousal files are being transfered to LVO. If they haven't opened your file yet, it most likely in queue to be opened.

I got a email from LVO that my file is in London but they were unable to update online .. Hope they will start processing my file soon . I m happy because they replied back on my email in a week .

Have no idea y it transfer so late
If anyone have same transfer date plz update

I guess CIC is transferring the files/cases from ISBD (the old ones) and the Mississauga (the new ones) all to LVO but in different batches to avoid putting extra ordinary burdon upon LVO staff .
Remember the LVO staff has to deal with alot of their own cases too.
So in short the cases which are near to completion would be dealt from ISBD whereas all the rest and the new ones are and will be transferring to LVO.
Hope for the best and plz pray for me too.

no they did not take the passport but they said they will request for passport soon as everything looks good, told my wife that she has passed the medical, asked a couple of questions about our relationship like
why did she marry me,
asked her to submit the documents that she filled like imm 008, 5669, 5406 and supplementary information.
asked her to show her the police certificate and finally answered her that her visa request will be done soon, within a week or it can take unto 2 months,

the interview was over in 15 mins, the interviewer was entering notes on the computer the whole time.

It was done to see the eligibility of relationship and the confidence of the interviewee i believe.

INSHALLAH just waiting for the visa request soon.

Inshallah london office is working very fast hopefully within a year
the ecas for you will not change it will be done to decision made in a few months or so
but after that they will issue another UCI for your spouse which will give you the ecas status for the application
