SPOUSAL IMMIGRATION - File transferred to London Office from Islamabad

im cheking that people who applied after febiary 2013 are getting good news like ppr1 requests etc..
i got my AOR in febuary 2013..what are my chances here?im new to this thread so fill me up plz whats going on.

The thing is that there doesn't seem to be an actual queue system in CIC (like there is no first come first serve basis). So you never know when your turn is going to come.

No actually my wife applied my case in March 2014 and we got eligibility clear in April and they sended our file directly to LVO that mean I am a new applicant that's y am asking which letter and when approxcimatly they gonna send me next letter thanks

hey everyone i was just wondering my wife has her interview this monday in islamabad,
she will be taking all her documents,

do i have to send anything to london office via email like police certificate, im008 5669 etc before here interview or should she take all her documents to Islamabad?

another question my wife has lived in 3 different cities after her 18th birthday does that means i have to get police certificates from all three cities?

Dear All,

We have recently applied for my spouse sponsorship visa in May 2014 from Pakistan. But now I am facing a problem. The present address on my NICOP is not the recent one. I have lived at two different places in lahore. At one address I lived till 2005. And since then I am living in my present place. But my current address on my NICOP is the one where I lived till 2005. Should I get it changed and resend it to immigration office stating the issue or should I leave it like this. Will this create any problem (on my PCC both addresses are listed). Any suggestion/advice will be highly appreciated.

PCC's are needed for all adresses where applicant has lived for 6+ months since age 18.
Are all cities within same province or different?

I doubt if you'll be able to get them before Monday in any case, if you haven't already got them.

Take everything to Islamabad and give it to them. Email a copy to London saying paper ones are with Islamabad.

Don't worry about address on NICOP, it's not a major issue.
As long as CIC has your current address, you're good.
Plus in the forms they can see your address history

Get it changed on the card when you renew.

Received email in April 2013
Got original doccuments back in August 2013

Till that time no new updates I don't know when to hear a good news ...don't know where my file is .. Hopefully in London .. I have just emailed them , hope they will reply ..

Hello everyone,

I am new to this forum. Here is my timeline. My wife is PR and she had sponsored me a very long time ago. Here is my time line

Application received at CIC Mississauga: Aug 2011
Sponsorship approved and file transferred to CIC Islamabad: Oct 2011 (32 months ago)

And that's it. Not even a mail confirming receipt of application or providing the file/case number.

My wife and I have contacted CIC Islamabad several times but no answer. My wife have even approached her MP and inquired through him without any luck. We just gave up and left it as is. This has seriously effected our relationship, I missed the birth of my son and met him for the first time when he was 8 months old when my wife visited Pakistan for a month in 2012.

Now, through this forum, I know that all the family class applications have been transferred to LVO. CIC Islamabad had not informed me me or my wife regarding the file transfer.

I also see that some of you have requested and successfully received notes on our files. Could someone kindly inform me how to request the notes on my file. I don't even have a file number.

The eCAS for my wife only shows that My Application was received in August 2011 (That is when it was received at CIC Mississauga)

Please advise.
