My case it's complicated. When I met now my husband about a year ago; he hand landed in Canada 2012 from Europe and he was young mislead by friends to seek refugee. He got a work permit and opened a business partnership with someone else and they have at least 9 employees. When we met in October 2015 but entered a romantic relationship in jun 2016; He had not say anything to me about his status here in Canada till dec 2016.

In January he was denied a pre removal risk assessment after refugee claim being denied.
In march he was given 30 day to leave Canada. We both agreed he should go and I would bring him back. Our relationship is genuine and known to lot of people including families and friends.
I do have 2 younger kids from previous relationship that's makes it hard for to travel with him back to Europe so I suggest that we should get married not for the seek of sponsoring him but because I was trying to indicate to him no matter what I will be here waiting for him and am committed to him alone.

Just a day before we got married he was issued a deportation within 30days he agreed to leave voluntarily. We went ahead and got married anyway.
I went to the immigration office and spoke with CBSA why he was issued a deportation before 30days; she said he was already under departure order and didn't leave. They saw me the file and the letters. Due to language barrier he signed those forms with his so called lawyer they did not explain to him what he was signing.

We still cooperated with the departure and now he's gone back to his home country. He is from Albania and am African Canadian, we both love each other so much but I find it difficult to migrate to his country based of the fact I got younger kids and also language barrier not to mention the fact he is married to black. We speak everyday and message each other daily.

Long story short is there Any way I can bring him back, how does the deportation affect his return to Canada? Will CIC office even consider his case? Am so confused and feel hopeless but am not giving up. Please some help me with your advice or if there is someone out there that might have gone through similar situation and their better half is here; can you please explain to me how you did it!!!!

Thank you in advance

Just because someone previously overstayed does not mean they cannot be sponsored as a PR. You can apply to sponsor him outland - you will just need to make sure to be upfront about his previous situation and make it clear that your relationship is genuine and not for the purpose of getting him back into the country. It will be more difficult than a typical case since his deportation right around the time you got married may seem suspicious to the officers. Another thing to keep in mind is that there is no way he can come back to Canada right now, so there is nothing you can do to get him back into the country right away. You will need to apply outland while he is in his home country, and only when/if his PR is approved can he come back and live with you in Canada.
