That’s great! Did they contact any of your former employers? Did you work in Canada illegally? They are very kind to me. They just discussed to me the process of my application..
Hi Amy! My situation is quite similar to yours. To say I'm anxious is a understatement is there anyway I could contact you directly? Email perhaps? If you are not sure on your application i advice you to have a lawyer or consultant to make it sure your confident in your application.. but in my case i didn’t have one i tried to ask help immigration consultants i saw in facebook they refused to handle my case i have no choice to do it. I read and read search and search and read again in the IRCC website i studied every single words i analyzed evey questions in the checklist.. you can do it just be patient and give your best

Hi,Hello!
Not quite sure if i am in the right thread.
My husband came to Canada in June 2019. He is currently out status. We got married in February. I want to finalize the sponsorship but he is out of status. Can anyone enlighten me on what to do, please.
I would.appreciate any feedback.
Hi,
You can sponsor your husband if he is out of status. He cannot apply for the open work permit though. How long has he being out of status?
Sorry, what is a warrant? Can I ask what your warrant was for?
