Sponsorship from my brother-in-law

Hello,

I have already applied for "canadian immigration" under FSW category 2 years back. Now, suppose i & my spouse don't get PR!!!, Is it possible to get "Canadian Citizenship" using "sponsorship" of my brother-in-law, residing in canada since 6 years & having PR card???

Some of the provinces have their own sponsorship program where people can sponsor relatives. So your brother-in-law could sponsor his sister (your wife, I'm assuming), and then include you and any kids. As far as I know, at the moment only Saskatchewan and Manitoba have this type of program.
Federally, a brother cannot sponsor a sibling, except under very unusual circumstances.

First, you have to be landed as Permanent Resident then you have to reside physically for 1095 days in Canada then you are entitled to apply for Canadian Citizen. Hope this help you.
