may i know where he e-mailed it? thanks a lot. it's really a great help.
his case, category and CIC office was different (not CIC mississauga for parent sponsorship) and also i am not aware what email id was anyways.
But in ur case best is to call cic office and tell them situation and request for contact email address. By the way, when did ur application reached there?

then i think there are no chances at all. Not because you missed the signed form but because its too late to reach there.

Hello Folks,

Sponsorship application for my parents was delivered on January 15,2015 (Thursday) at 10:30am EST (signed by them) but I haven't received any email confirmation/acknowledgement yet neither my credit card was charged as of today.

According to CIC, they stopped accepting application as of January 19th (Monday). Do you think my application will be accepted (assuming it is complete) or is it too late for this year?

Cheers.

Last year, people started to receive AOR in June~July period, after 6 months of application received. For this year, as of now, only applicants with received date of Jan 2 are seeing their CC charged. It seems the later the received date is, the slimmer your chances would be to be in first 5000.

CC is reduced by another 1100$ for my secondary app, sent via Fedex.

I don't know if there is any reason for me to share this information, but the way I see CIC will en-cash almost 5.5$ Million within first 2 months.. Easy money eh?

And Is the time as per Fedex website?

Not really, considering the fact that it won't even cover the actual cost of processing the apps. The taxpayers of Canada will be subsidizing the rest of the cost.

If my spouse is co-signer, will her 3 years income should individually be above LICO+30% or our total (me and spouse) should be above LICO+30% for 3 years.
E.g
2011 - My Income (above LICO) + Spouse Income (zero)
2012 - My Income (above LICO) + Spouse Income (zero)
2013 - My Income (below LICO) + Spouse Income (below LICO) = but Total is Above LICO

in this case, are we eligible for sponsoring parents ?

In your scenario , yes you qualify to sponsor parents. It doesn't matter how much income each makes so long as the total income (both of you make together) meets the minimum annual LICO.

Thanks very much for clarifying my confusion.
