Hi,

You do not have to list each individual piece of clothing. My Husband just listed Basic things like his clothes, carpets he brought, tajines. Things like that. Whatever you bring just write it on your list, but you just put clothes, and not each item listed like socks etc. Just make that part more general, and they will ask you the total value of everything you have with you, as well as the total value of anything that may follow you later. That's why you need the second list of anything that you will bring later.

The papers they gave you when you received your visa will be needed at the airport. My Husband did not need any other photos or anything like that.

There were other papers he needed , but that was just because we are staying in Quebec.

Don't worry, it is very easy. It went very smoothly and quickly.

I wish you a great trip and a great life with your Wife.

yes for sure if they give you all your documents back you are approved .louis lane we talking about 2 differents things here .you said they gave your husband some evidence .he was denied then you appealed the decision .they send the file back to canada he was denied thats why they keep the file in caisse you appeal and actualy they keep the file for 2 years but if you are approved they dont need to keep it they give you all your file back and not only evidence and iam very sure about this .good luck everyone

i read the post to mean that what ever evidence had been taken to the interview was returned at the end of the interview

if the reference was made to ALL the original documents that were submitted ie marriage licence, chat logs, emails, pictures, phone records, letters from family, proof of travel, I have never heard of ALL the documents being returned, with the exception perhaps of pictures

even though someone is approved until they actually have received the visa lots can happen!
so i find it very unlikely that the whole file is returned at that point

for example....i am aware of an application that was approved and when he went to get the visa the IO erroneously refused the application based on a police certificate that was in her possession for a number of months, their file is currently in appeal, anything can happen
(EDITED THE LAST PARAGRAPH FOR A MORE ACCURATE PICTURE)
goodluck

ok i'm confused here i don't know what to think about all what i've been told ,they already told me that my application is accepted but i was just wondering why they give me my documents back ,the lady told me after the interview that because she gave me everything back means that i'm approuved, not the one i had the interview with but another morrcan lady ,i think sometimes we share some wrong things on here so please if your not sure about the answer then let someone else answer right and thank you for your advice
