My sponsor (spouse) is a Citizen of Canada (currently living in Pakistan with me). She has applied for the Sponsorship and her Application for Sponsorship has been accepted and the file has been transferred to relevant visa office (Islamabad Office) for further processing.

In the Email received from the Visa Office, My sponsor has been asked that,
"............as a resident of the province of Québec, you must submit an undertaking application to the Provincial Government. Complete the required forms and promptly submit them to the MICC at the address provided in the provincial guide.".

In our Application sent to CIC, we had specifically mentioned that we intend to live in Ontario, Toronto (Province other than Quebec).

Please note that my spouse was Resident of Quebec uptil 2006 and since 2007, she has been living in Pakistan. And after the acceptance of my PR, we both intend to move to Ontario (also mentioned in the Application Forms submitted too CIC)

Kindly advise whether :

1. My spouse should submit the undertaking documents as required for the Quebec even though we have applied for living in Province other than Quebec? or

2. My spouse does not submit the undertaking documents to Quebec since we have applied for residency in Ontario? and

3. Which visa office to contact in order to inquire about this query, CIC - Mississauga (initially applied for sponsorship), Visa Office (Islamabad), or MICC.

Thank you.
