PR via EXPRESS ENTRY. My husband was included in my application. My parents are in the Philippines and my sisters too. Just planning to get my sister. so how long before i can sponsor her? i put them in my intermediate family members. may husband became PR too .

You can only sponsor your sister through a provincial nominee program. The requirements change fairly often.

It looks like your sister would have to qualify on her own, though having a relative in Canada already does help.

If you are single with no children of your own. You can sponsor 1 of your sisters via the nicknamed "Lonely Canadian" other family sponsorship route.

It's not very common. So no timeline data here.
First, you need to meet the requirement. Are you alone with no living relatives in Canada.
