Inquiry about Study permit

Thank you for your reply.
She has received PAL and now even though she can show 40k, for which tuition fee is 30k but according to IRCC she needs to show 21k almost living cost.
Is it possible if we pay her tuition fee ahead maybe her first semester as if she even takes a loan it might be less than 4 months as she is starting in September?
We are trying our best to avoid to show aunt's sponsorship. Can students work after starting school for 20 hours or they have to wait till summer?

Many students can’t find a job or may not get 24 hours a week of work so you can’t count on that income which is why IRCC won’t consider potential part-time income while studying.
