I have a question. I like to sponsor my friend in Toronto. Everything is ready. if my friend doesn't leave Canada after the visa expired or change his status within Canada. Will I have a problem to sponsor in future in case I like to sponsor my parents?

You cannot sponsor a friend for PR.

Its not for PR. It's just a visit for few days.

You can't "sponsor" friends for visits either. You can just invite them and offer to support them while they visit, but ultimately their TRV will be approved or denied on their own basis.

If they overstay their visa it won't have any impact on you to sponsor a family member for PR in the future.
