Called 911 in 2011 and I was given a bill of $600
I have paid $300 But still have a balance oweing.
Will this affect my sponsorship eligibility?

It won't affect your application, however, if it is sent to collection, it would affect your credit.

As mentioned above, it won't affect your sponsorship. However it can only affect your credit rating if you are behind in your payments.
