I have been living in Canada since last 2.5 years as PR with my spouse and two children.My parents are elder and do not want to come to canada. also my real brother is not interested in coming to canada.I have no other siblings.Can I sponsor the son of my mother's brother and his family .He is married ,32 years of age and has 2 children.How much income should I have to sponsor him?What is the programme under which he can be sponsored?Do I need to get services of an immigration lawyer. How much time would it take him to get a PR card after sponsorship.How do I start the process. I have no member of my family other than my wife & children in Canada.

Please guide.Also recommend some lawyer,if that would help.

Do people not attempt to read the guides on the official website? No you can't sponsor your cousin. One quick search for "Who is eligible" under family sponsorship to Canada tells you that you can't.
