I am not qualified to comment on s/w jobs. What I know is Canada does not have that many jobs for s/w professionals. USA has.
May be you should try in the USA.
What I have understood is that Canada seems interested in peculiar talents. Rest go into pools.

I checked on website, SINP is still open for sponsored jobs. 5k are there. Rest two cat are closed.

I tried also for that job offer category. After a lot of effort I searched a person to provide me a job. Then he applied for sinp approval. They didn't approve till 6 months and didn't answer frequently. They asked the employer repeatedly about reason for outland employee. And forced him to appoint a Canadian employee.i lost about 1 year for that foolishness.

I always thought to remain in India and provide employment to people here. Unfirtunately we have so many restrictions.
I always used to say that while all the companies of the world wants to enter into India why Indian talent running away.
Now here I am. Anyways.

I will keep updating in this thread what i am going through in future. Also may seek some advice in this matter.

Is it required that employer keeps a minimum salary for each type of NOC?

What if they offer us post of GM (trade) but keep fixed salary at 40-50k? Permissible?

Mostly they do so once.They may ask again if the document sent by the
applicant is unclear,insufficient etc

Mainly they are Inland applicants. Out land applicant are very few for the category with Job offer.

If u find it as Green now, then what is the meaning of Intake opening. When it will open, button will automatically turn green and u can able to push as submit.
