I am based on SINP PNP with employment job offer and my time line is as below.

(1) Nomination approved on 27 April-2016

(2) PR application submitted at Nova scotia on 30 jne- 2016

(3) Got first Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR) on 19 August-2016

(4) Application transferred at NDVO on 11 October -2016 ( Second AOR)

(5) Medical requested on 16 December -2016

(6) Medical done on 19 December 2016

(7) Got Email requested to pay RPRF (Landing fees) on 20 December -2016

(Cool Paid RPRF on 20 December -2016 and forwarded Payment receipt to Delhi immigration.

(9) Medical updated as PASSED on 25/25 December -2016.

As well please see ECAS below.

My SINP request "Returned" today basis missing Education Details. Seems I like I forgot to make the grid (each Screen for my education), although I submitted all my education docs. Will they reconsider my application, if I request them?

Means? Have they refused the Application?
If yes. U attached all documents without order, yes u can go for second review only. It is very lengthy, but in some cases when SINP realises their fault, they decide within a month.
So apply and wait. If u feel it is long, u can withdraw second review anytime.

Yes Ashu, they declined the application. I guess they haven't looked at my attachments (though, those were not I order as well - I wasn't aware that those needs to be in order), however they rejected because I didn't even created screen for each education and on mail Education screen, I just attached all documents.

Do you still advise, that I request to re-look?

I think yes. It's called second review. What is the reason they have mentioned in rejection email. If the reason same, go for it and explain the things.
In parallel, make documents and all forms ready for new intake. Practice properly to fill and locate all documents. New intake may be open this month or next. Apply for it, and then u can withdraw review Application.

When is SINP OID is going to open after 4th Jan, 2017...........and I just wanna know whether they consider number of different settlement funds, i.e. Savings + Mutual Funds + Time Deposits + Fixed Deposits, in favour of both Husband and Wife (if one among them is applicant)

Hello,

I have a doubt regarding the NOC.

I have 3 reference letters and in all 3 of them 85% or more duties match with 2171. Rest match with 2172, 2173 or 2174. Moreover the job titles also match with 2171. I have applied on Jan 2017 EE intake as NOC 2171.

Is there any chance of NOC mismatch.
