Dear expert friends! I have few questions, hope for your suggestions.

My work experience is match with SINP- Occupation Demand list NOC code -0423(Managers in social and community services) and NOC Code 4212 (Social and Community service workers). I have attained my Masters and Bachelor degree from Social Science major in Economics where in NOC list they are asking for Social Work or Social Science.

It stated as follows: "If you have a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Social Work, provide your assessment of equivalency letter from the Canadian Association of Social Workers (CASW). If your education is in a discipline other than social work the CASW will not assess your credentials. Provide your educational credential assessment (ECA) from a designated organization." And you must have completed a four year degree program in a social science field.

Meanwhile, I already completed my ECA from IQAS and got one year master degree in Social Science majoring in Economics,

Actually, I am a social worker, working in the NGOs for 8 years, so do we need a license like nurse or doctor for Social Worker, if yes then from which organization. What kind of license we need. And as I stated I have ECA which indicate my study in social science major in economic so please suggest me dear friend could only ECA and my work experiences are enough for SINP or do I need license. However in my country we don't need license for being social worker. Please help me and suggest me. Thank you
