You will not get the medical test report. You will get an information print out sheet that you will upload in the space provided for medicals.
The hospital will send the results directly to CIC

So the upfront medical reports works? as after nomination i am waiting for ITA, should i proceed for upfront medical from authorized center?

If you live where you have to schedule an appointment, best to schedule it while waiting for ITA.
If you can walk in or get an appointment in a day or two, wait till you get ITA.
The medical expires in 1 year and CIC processing post ITA could be up to 6months, so you want to do the medical as close to your ITA as possible

Well if they discover some communicable disease, i think by law they are required to inform you. Otherwise, you should be good.

Yes, all is well. The sheet cannot take 1100*** for now, so Jan 16 guys have used dummy app numbers. You can do same till the sheet is corrected

I am 18th Dec applicant and my application number is 1100*** and cannot update in the sheet

Applies to anyone with a 1100** S/N. Just use a dummy number.

Wow, sorry about that.
1. That is definitely not a communicable disease, so no worries there
2. Apart from communicable diseases, what I know they also check for are conditions that would put too much strain on their health care system. Agaiin this doesn't fall under that. I think it can be managed.
I don't see any hiccups for you. Just give the test and hope for the best

You should wait for some tm bcoz u hve got 3 file nos....

You should have given chance to other deserving applicants who could not submit even a single application. I submitted my application in September which is still outstanding, I could have submitted another application in January but I didn't.

SINP will turn down your application most probably your Jan 2016 application and will only consider the application which is already in process.

I have submitted first application in July,2015. But due to some document missing . it returned Then i have tried to submit application in September but i couldn't submit. Then i have submitted my second application on 4th November which is in process.

I am trying from January,2015. but still i haven't get any success. So worried about my application.

Now just waiting for any updates from SINP....Hope any good news comes.
