Hi I am in a similar situation

I have a bachelors degree in Business Management as per WES, but I have 15 years of experience letters in IT... 2174, 2175, 2171..

I need a job role for my post secondary education to get SINP nomination and don't want to get rejected again for the below reason


Educational/Training Credentials
You do not have a minimum of one-year work experience in the past ten years related to your field of
education or training in a skilled positions

You do not meet the work experience requirement under the International Skilled Worker Category
Occupations In-Demand category that states an applicant must have a minimum of one year of work
experience related to their post secondary education.

Hello Smani,

I have read the SINP Guide and it Says that we need have one year Job experience related education.
But, it says OR which is confusing. Can you please enlighten

4. Work Experience Credentials
You must have a minimum level of work experience related to your field of education or training:
 At least one year of paid work experience in the past 10 years in a skilled profession (non-trades);
OR
 At least two years of paid work experience in a skilled trade within the past five years;
OR
 At least 12 months of skilled work experience in Canada in the past three years (trades and non-trades).

Your work experience must be in a high skilled occupation (NOC “0”, “A” or “B”) that is considered to be in-demand in Saskatchewan.
Appendix A for the list of eligible occupations.

Thanks ALMIGHTY ALLAH I got ITA today.

But I am little bit confused filling up my e-APR.

1. In the Education section, should I include Secondary and Higher Secondary information? I am B.Sc (Hons.) and MBA and my ECA came for these two educations. But in the education section, it asks Secondary and post-secondary education information.

2. There is one question - Date first you became qualified to practice in this occupation
The problem is that I put wrong dates in EOI (so far I can recall) because of misunderstanding. I put the date when I started my job for the respective NOC. If I now correct it, is there any problem? My understanding is that CIC asked the required education date I graduated for the respective NOC.


Please suggest!

in my sinp OID application i created tab for job offer by mistake, that was empty, also couldn't any feature to remove the tab. i kept it as same as there was no other choise, however later i declined my OID application not because of this issue, but i had 2nd application sinp-ee application and i opted it to be processed further.

I hope it won't be a issue.

You are correct, its the date you are qualified to do the job - graduation date

Did you send them e-mail to withdraw your previous OID application? I did almost the same thing, immediately sent email with file number to cancel my application and next day got confirmation that app is withdrawn and I can apply again
