It is my husband's frst deree cousin who sponsored us. I believe Manitoba also offers Family Stream as one of their Provincial Nominee Program. You can check on their website. We are currently residing here in USA and still waiting for our nomination at SK immigration.

Sorry for the late reply.

During my application period, it was not mandatory of have job offer to apply under Family Members category. You can say that i was lucky enough to get that opportunity before they close during May 2012.

My first cousin sponsored me and i could apply directly under that sponsorship.

Now its been almost more than 15 months that i did not get any respond from them. Any idea about their next knocking time lines?

Sorry, i could not get what is Second Degree! Well, now job offer is mandatory. First cousin can sponsor if they can manage a Job Offer for you!

And Federal Skill Workers policy will come out in this week, hopefully. You can try there! You need only eligibility as per new criteria!

Is there anybody in this forum who applied SINP family stream last SEPT. 2011 w/out job offer who had been NOMINATED already? Please do share your stories and timeline!!!
