Dear All,

I applied on 29-3-2012 and Got my File number on 11-5-2012

It's been around 6 months

My IELTS will be expired on July 2013.

If i do not get nomination before July-2013, do you think they may ask me to submit new IELTS result?

I submitted my file at Regina SINP office for Nomination.

So, far i Know once i get nomination, then i will submit my application for PR at CIC Nova Scotia

Ok so you are in nomination process. To be honest, dude its just start, it ll take 6 to 8 more months for nomination.
as per Ielts test, nova scotioa ll not ask you but visa office ll ask you to do it again once your file move to concern visa office.

My first cousin sponsored my application
I am a Management Consultant and my NOC Code is 1122.
As you are a successful applicant, could you please share your experience
if i get the most waited Nomination, what will be the next steps ....
Any tips or guideline

I think u would get your nomination very soon as u Hv been requested to submits bank statement.can please tell me do u have job offer in Saskatchewan?

i had one job offer but they refused so they send me letter again that i can show money if can not provide another job letter

I submitted my application in Islamabad on April 2009 under economic class my brother is my sponsor. My scheduled interview cancelled on March 2010 due to the embassy immigration department moved to London. Later on in April 2011 my file transferred to London. In december 2011 they requested the updated forms and police certificate, I submitted all in January 2012. In April 2012 my medical call and in May I got conducted my medical. Me and my family passports were going to expire in this November 2012 I informed them and they requested to renew these. I got renew my passports and inform them, they requested the photocopies of the new passports by post I send them these by courier in August. Since then they did not contact me, upon my email they inform that medical positively assessed and said that we are currently awaiting the results of routine background check that is being conducted on file. We will contact you as soon as we receive that.
This is the whole story. What should I do? What is background check? How much time I have to wait whether my case is very old since 2009.
Please anyone can help me in this regard.
