SINP-EE JULY 2016 APPLICANTS

I am applying from UAE and Pakistani national. NOC, I do not know but I am having experience in finance last 10 years and bachelor in commerce. I am working as General Accountant.

Accountant NOC was not in SINP NOc List. see the below mentioned NOc's are eligible right now.

The way this is described, they view it as a different occupation. From these duties it is more pointed out that you do mainly organisation of the Office with some occasional duties to order stationary goods.

NOC 1225 is a hard core purchaser. Your duties includes way too many general Office duties.
So unless you will specificaly ask your employer to rewrite it so that it contains mainly purchasing duties, you will be rejected again.

You were most likely assessed as NOC 1524. (too much daily purchasing duties there as well).

So I request my employer again to give me job description which contains purchasing duties mainly..... Can I do this???

This is a bit difficult one. Your description points out to NOC 1524. In order to correct that you need explanation from your company about your duties. 1225 purchaser is something like senior purchaser or strategic or contract purchaser (somebody that prepares contracts and negotiates with supplier how parts will be delivered for production of the project). However such purchaser is very little involved in daily business (like making order for normal needs of Office or production).
That is the difference.
In order to make it through you need lot of explanation from your company just how your duties are more on strategic level rather than on operative level.

From the first view they will compare excluded profession that are written at that noc. And most likely clasify it under 1524. At least that is how that description of yours strikes me when reading it.

No. if you are talking about SINP.. your NOC must be in their list if you are applying for either EE or OID... that is the difference of SINP NOC to the CIC NOC..

The OID & SINP both follow same occupation list. Your NOC is not there so you cannot apply. You can apply in Nova Scotia because accountant profie is there in NOva scotia- EE. Moreover, if u hv 400 + EE points then u can can apply in OINP program as well.

I am saying that if I write mainly purchase officer duties in my job description and send it to SINP, then there is any problem from the visa officer point of view that I wrote some thing else in previous job letter now I send something else...

hi ham90, vensak is right,,, I'm purchaser by profession too and as i go along with the JD you mentioned, its more of Administrative task.

please in anycase you will convince your employer, kindly include similar JD as mine..

 Sourcing Yard's requirement of materials by obtaining quotes from suitable Suppliers, negotiating with them and creating computerized purchase orders following evaluation of quotations obtained.
 To highlight to the materials control section regarding repetitive items being Purchased to enable creation of these items into stock.
 Monitoring outstanding purchase orders against estimated delivery dates and
Following up on the deliveries to ensure on time delivery.
 Preparing insurance claims for materials damaged or lost in transit.
 Liaison with Accounts Dept. in order to settle disputed invoices.
 Maintaining adequate correspondence files for all purchases.
 Liaison with user departments & Material Control Section to ensure correct
Specifications are quoted on orders.
 Ensure that the Safety, Quality & Environment requirements of the yard are strictly followed.
 Perform other job related duties as assigned by the section head.

as long as your employer agrees that your JD is more of purchase officer's job then for sure officer will agree. there's no harm in trying ham90.. where you work? i live here in Dubai..

Won't do this. This is called misrepresentation against the authenticity of documents. They can ban you.
