HI po, what's the reason behind declining ITA? if it's police clearance, you can send receipt or other documents that prove it's on process and you cannot submit within the allotted 90 days. I do suggest not to decline the ITA, instead ask for extension for you to submit the required...

Iba iba po ang processing time... sa PNP nga po 16 mos daw pero merong nakakakuha as early as 6 mos paper based....

sure po, eto ang timeline ng application nila: April 6 - natanggap ng CIC ang application (sent inland by courier) May 15 - AOR received through email (Can't linked the application, don't know why) May 25 - Request for medical sent by CIC through email May 26 - Email confirmation na approved...

yes maybe your 4-5 mos is for spousal sponsorship case to case basis pa.. My below signature below says the current status of my dependent application, MVO din po ako..

kung me pre arrival na po, this means they requested na po ng Passport? it should be the case and the counterfoil in on the way..
