Not now because this NOC is not in the list of occupation which is given by NOVA SCOTIA and SASKATCHEWAN.

Can anyone tell when it's open again any guess???? Because they gave nomination less than a month. My friends applied on 5th July and get nominated on 28th July. Now I want to know that when it's open again????
