SINP 2015 WITHOUT JOB OFFER LET'S DREAM HERE !

Hi... I am a SINP EE 5th January 2016 applicant...
I had received "Officer's Letter of Request for Additional Information" on 24th May 2016 ,To be submitted within 45 days.
(request was for updated POF Jan 5 onwards - till date, Reference letter from the current and last employer and the settlement plan form)

All the requested docs were sent through email on the 13th June 2016..
Oasis status still shows "waiting on applicant"

Should I check with SINP on the status or just wait for sometime? What is the usual time frame after submitting the requested docs to SINP?

Have u sent Bank Manager's letter about holding the fund? If not, send it too. It will clear their doubts.

^ is this EE? OID I think.... you have to have instructions from SINP about that post-nomination.

Hi Guys,

I have a question regarding POF, When I submitted my application in May, the exchange rate for my country's currency was 154 to the CAD now our currency has been devalued and it is now 218 to the CAD.

I had enough money in my account to cover the requested funds at the previous exchange rate but based on the current exchange rate, I will be below the requested funds for February and March. Will this affect my application as I am not sure how they do the conversions.

They requested additional documents from me yesterday but nothing was said about my POF.

Any thoughts on this?

The POF request was for DETAILED bank statement ( by each day) of the savings account.. Do we still need to send the bank managers letter?

Oh yes, it will clear all doubts. The Bank Manager will write on their Bank Letterhead with contact details, "Mr. .................name has maintained the fund Rs. 1200000/- (EX.) for 3.5 months from date........... to date.............. with their SB A/c no. ..................................... in our Bank. This letter is providing him to their special request, this not the Bank's regular practice.

Hi Guys,

I have applied for SINP on 17th may and application status is 'in process' from last 1 month. My EE profile is going to expire in 65 days ( valid only for 1 year ).
I am worrying about below cases :

1- If my EE profile gets expired before i receive the nomination.
2- If my EE profile gets expired after receive the nomination but have not received the ITA for PR
3- If my EE profile gets expired after receive the ITA for PR and my CIC application is under process.

Could you guys please suggest what should we do in above cases.

No bank managers letter is not required at all ..I was also asked to send POF and i sent bank statement with daily transaction detail

then u should immediately create new profile and inform SINP about expiring of your old EE profile and send new EE profile and job validation code ....
2- If my EE profile gets expired after receive the nomination but have not received the ITA for PR
its better to create new EE profile before getting nomination to avoid such situation otherwise you will have to ask SINP to revise your nomination certificate with new EE profile number

3- If my EE profile gets expired after receive the ITA for PR and my CIC application is under process.
Once you have got ITA, EE profile gets freeze and wont be expired

Could you guys please suggest what should we do in above cases.

I used Bank manager's letter with my Application Submitted. They didn't ask any question about POF and direct nominated me.
