When was your application made ineligible? What is your timeline and what stream?

Hi Guys,

I have a question regarding POF, When I submitted my application in May, the exchange rate for my country's currency was 154 to the CAD now our currency has been devalued and it is now 218 to the CAD.

I had enough money in my account to cover the requested funds at the previous exchange rate but based on the current exchange rate, I will be below the requested funds for February and March. Will this affect my application as I am not sure how they do the conversions.

They requested additional documents from me yesterday but nothing was said about my POF.

Any thoughts on this?

omg can you share your timeline please? and the reason for rejection. I hope they won't directly reject without no appeal. I mean this time frame is too long to wait only to find out you'll get rejected :'(

No tension. Prepare properly again. Maintain you fund assume @56INR= 1CAD, for 3 months from now, and complete your papers, upload them. The next intake will come on Oct or NOv.

So you are fine. SINP will use thier currency converter for the timeframe when you submitted The application. If you funds was enough at that time then you have fine.

WILL I SEND ALL ORIGINAL FORM TO CIC LIKE , FAMILY INFORMATION, GENERIC 0008 ETC.
OR I WILL DO PHOTOCOPY AND NOTARIZED AND SEND TO CIC.

^ is this EE? OID I think.... you have to have instructions from SINP about that post-nomination.

Hi... I am a SINP EE 5th January 2016 applicant...
I had received "Officer's Letter of Request for Additional Information" on 24th May 2016 ,To be submitted within 45 days.
(request was for updated POF Jan 5 onwards - till date, Reference letter from the current and last employer and the settlement plan form)

All the requested docs were sent through email on the 13th June 2016..
Oasis status still shows "waiting on applicant"

Should I check with SINP on the status or just wait for sometime? What is the usual time frame after submitting the requested docs to SINP?
