Congrats. That mean ups is quicker than Dhl... ? Which country did you sent your file from ? Do they check the envelope or I can seal it beforehand?

Couriers won't check your package contents. They'll ask what the contents are, and you can just say DOCUMENTS.

You can send a sealed envelope within their proprietary envelope (you'll need to use their envelope), but there is no need for it. Last year, both of my FSW packages were sent using UPS and I just placed all forms/documents within a plastic envelope, provided by UPS, inside their own envelope. 5 days from Brazil to Sydney, NS.

edit: based on @harirajmohan's message, check with UPS before hand. They didn't check my contents here in Brazil though.

I'd better take it to them open nd seal it there. I sent many courier ( doc ) using Dhl, every time the envelope were open they just peek inside and they say, "as it's open I'm just looking at the content if it were sealed I wouldn't". Lol

And I think in our country we need to use their package and those are included with the charge. Dhl will put my envalop in their plastic bag. Now, I'd prefer to give CiC hard time so This time I would like to put my envalop in another hard UPS envelop and then keep it in those UPS plastic bag.

As it's a system automated email I don't think so it would take more than 2 min after payment. Something must went wrong or you missing something. You should seek their help. Without any unique reference number how would you prove to them that you paid online!!

yes if you are a express entry candidate, that already is in the federal government pool
then you could apply Nova Scotia or Saskatchewan as well, both Provinces doesn't require Job offer
but your work experience and education must be on demand.

Ok FSWCIO and tetunte. I emailed few mins ago to HPM.PROD@cic.gc.ca asking on the receipt. So let us see what they say. I will wait for few days to check it out on what happens and then i will initiate new one. Let us see.
