SINP 2015 WITHOUT JOB OFFER LET'S DREAM HERE !

Hi there

Is there anybody who could help me out my worries. I got my SINP approved in July 2014. Applied for Federal and they got my file in August with Received Status. Done my medical in Novmber 2014. It is already six months passed and still no progress. When I check my application status, it is not even under processing status. My work permit going to expire in July 2015. How long it can take more? and should I apply for extension of work permit right away now or wait little longer for response from Federal Decision. Anybody could guide me or tell their own timeline?

Last year my FSW file was received by Lewis , unfortunately I didn't hear anything from CIO till now.

CIO IS citizenship and immigration office IN sYDNEY,but I mean LEWIS CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION IS ANOTHER OFFICE IN SYDNEY?OR Lewis IS THE NAME OF ONE OFFICER IN CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION OFFICE?

Hi Imran,

the AOR from SINP says that you'll receive response within 60 days, in my case it took 84 days. Don't know whether it is working days or just calendar days.

I have gone through this thread, to check if I could get any help on how to file for SINP, but couldnt get much information. I would appreciate if anyone can explain it here. I am a software engineer with code 2173 without job offer.

All I understand is go to "SINP Apply Online" link and fill up the form and submit. however I have a few doubts:

1. What to fill or upload in Police records. I dnt have any criminal record.
2. I do not have birth certificate, so can I upload 10th marksheet as a proof.

Appreciate if someone can reply on my queries.

First go through http://www.economy.gov.sk.ca/immigration/express-entry and get application guide.
Also NOC 2173 is regulated , so you may need Licencing first or you can apply under some other category if your job duties fall under those, like 2171 or 2172.

For now I would suggest you not to prepare Online SINP application profile as yesterday I received an email from SINP that they are going to upgrade their online web portal on 22nd May 2015 and all unsubmitted profile/application will be deleted. In the mean time you can Get all your documents ready.

Regarding your doubts,
1) Leave it blank as of now, They may ask PCC later on.
2)I don't think they will accept 10th mark sheet as birth proof, you should get Birth Certificate.

UCI: Mine does not have "-" in it (UCI: 904*****) and all numbers (8 digits). I am thinking they just started to put - in between. They say i dont need to worry if its before 1973. Still this is an UCI, right (because of last 2 statements)? What do you all think?


Where can I find my client ID/UCI?
This eight digit number appears on all documents you get from Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC). It looks like this: 0000-0000.

If you applied to CIC before
Look for this number on:
letters you received from CIC,
your immigration document such as a PR card, study or work permit.

Note: If you have not dealt with CIC since 1973, you will not have a UCI or a Client ID.

A person who has never dealt with Citizenship and Immigration Canada before will not have a Client Identification Number.

2171 does not require licensing.

Congrats. That mean ups is quicker than Dhl... ? Which country did you sent your file from ? Do they check the envelope or I can seal it beforehand?

Depends on the country. In India they check (at least in the (ups) location where i went ), almost all courier companies do it. So call them before you seal it. Its better you go there without sealing it.

So got your pcc before 20th?
