Generic Application Form to Canada (IMM 0008) - principal applicant
Schedule A: Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) - principal applicant
Schedule A: Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) - spouse
Supplementary Information - Your Travels (IMM 5562) - principal applicant
Schedule 4: Economic Classes - Provincial Nominees - principal applicant
Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) - principal applicant
Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) - Spouse
Travel documents and passports - Principal applicant, spouse, child
Proof of Language Proficiency - Principal applicant (i assume this is optional for us)
Identity and Civil Status Documents - Birth certificates - Principal applicant, spouse
Children's Information - Children's birth certificate - Child
Police Certificates and Clearances - Principal applicant and spouse for all countries of stay 6+ months
Photos - six (6) photos for each member - Principal applicant, spouse, child
Fee payment in an acceptable format - receipt printed
2 self-addressed mailing labels

So there is no need for attaching the Certificate of Nomination as they are not asking on it?

And No certified copies of any documents, correct?

We need to attach the Confirmation of the Nomination . (point 11 of Document checklist) . ie the nomination letter copy that SNIP has sent us.
Others are all correct.
Better you could stick a label to the cover with ur nomination number and the province name.

I paid my fees online and you don't need to include fee payment form with your receipt.
I attached a label on the cover of my application and wrote my nomination number and also name of province (Saskatchewan) on that but I think it is not necessary to put those information there.

In the online receipt of payment in boxes about client ID,client date of birth and address as well as phone number is for applicant or the payer information!!!please kindly inform me.

If you can share, have you prepared the pack? When are you planning to send?

I am waiting for Indian PCC only, as I have never been abroad. I should get my PCC this week hopefully and will send my pack as soon as I get PCC.

My Friends,
I checked and there is a very good news for all of us!

CIO processing time is reduced from almost 5 months to 2 months and 1 week!

PNP applications have received by CIO on 25 FEB 2014 could receive AOR on 1 MAY 2015! Waiting time is only 2 months and 1 week (64days)!

We can hope this waiting time reduces more and more in the future.

do you know which type of information of payer should we have in payment receipt?!for instance cvv2? or no just personnel information like name in the receipt as he dont put on the table his cvv2.

These are the exact fields, payer must fill in receipt paper by hand:

Name (System will put that in the printed receipt automatically)
Client date of birth
Client ID
Address
Postal Code
Area Code
Telephone No

As our friend NAMBIVIN said, don't forget to attach your nomination letter to your application because if it won't be there, they don't hesitate and will return your application as soon as possible!!!

I think after submitting your application to CIO, it will take from 6 months to 12 months (base on your local visa office) to get your visa!

They are payer's information, not applicant's.
That means, there won't be any relation between that receipt and applicant's information and only when CIO, open application package, they will accept, the amount of payment, indicated in the receipt, was made by the current application!

The website instruction is a bit controversial. It says

The e-payment receipt must be filled out by hand prior to submitting it with the application. The “Payer Information” fields must match the cardholder's information entered at the time of the payment.

The “Client date of birth” and “Client ID” must be those of the principal applicant.

So, in that section only the date of birth & UCI Number ( if any ) should be principal applicants and address and phone number should matched with the cardholder.

However if the payment is already gone through than this section is quite ignorable to them. Doesn't matter if you put wrong address or anything.

Then It was my luck that in my case, I paid my fees myself and the whole information was belong to me!

Oops !!! Some time last week i read all the list of items and kept in mind on that and noticed it. Yesterday i prepared the list and in hurry and did not notice. Thanks .

Ok. THanks for the status update buddy. Then within 4 weeks max you will get. (30 days sla they had in 2011, not sure now). Earlier they asked me to come after 30 calendar days which i did (on 31st day) and they issued one. So check it out if they still have that rule which will make things easier in the worst case scenario.

I'm an Indian citizen, lived in India more than 18 years since birth, Do I really need to take PCC from India as their guideline says if you lived in a country more than 18 years since birth, you don't need PCC from that country.

Please let me know, if I misunderstood the guidelines.
