Hello VictoPapaVictorPapa said:My friends,
Finally I posted my package to CIO today and like computer games, I've got my "Mission Complete" message two hours ago!!! ;D
Now I am entering new level of this game with a long waiting time until I receive my AOR and medical request at the end of this level!
Anyway If you are going to post your package to CIO, I have an important advice for you:
As you noticed, in your nomination letter, SINP asked you to post your package to this address:
Citizen and Immigration Canada
Provincial Nominee Program
Centralized Intake Office
PO BOX 1450
Sydney, Nova Scotia B1P 6K5
CANADA
BUT Couriers like DHL,TNT,... won't accept the above address because it is a PO BOX and they need physical street address!
In this situation you must provide them the physical street address and it is:
Citizen and Immigration Canada
Provincial Nominee Program
Centralized Intake Office
49 Dorchester Street
Sydney, Nova Scotia B1P 5Z2
CANADA
That's it! It will save you time and you don't need to go and search for that street address in front of post office counter!
dear friend is there is any program opened now without job offer to apply????tetunte said:by the way, Nova Scotia is open.

Hello,FSWCIO said:I'm very positive that after May'15 the AOR waiting time would drop to just under 1 month.
I desperately want to celebrate the new year eve in saskachewan in anyway.
Yes, You can request from anybody else to pay your application fees and when you are using online method, you don't need to fill payment form [imm5620E] anymore and you should send the payment receipt (CIC website will create a receipt for you after payment) with your application to CIC. But note that when you print your payment receipt, you must write down payer's information in that receipt (in the specified fields) and then send it to CIC.alitg2002 said:Dear friends,
Could we pay processing fee by others people visa card or no?
if yes, after online payment is it mandatory to fill form imm5620E(payment form)as the payer not accept to dedicate his card info to me by filling form(like cvv2 or expiry date).
please help what should I do?
I paid my fees online and you don't need to include fee payment form with your receipt.NAMBIVIN said:Hello VictoPapa
how did you make the fee payment?
If we pay online , should we include the fee payment form along with the receipt of the online payment.
Also did you mention the nomination number on top of the application package cover. Do you think its required to put the nomination number on top . Since there are lot of Province nominations , i think its better to keep the nomination number so that it make easy for CIC officer
Seniors ur advice pls.
First, when you are going to apply in SIPN with NOC 2173, because it is a regulated occupation in Saskatchewan then you need to obtain your license eligibility first and then apply in SINP.sanjeev31aug said:Hello,
Can you help me with these query, I am new here and would like to apply in upcoming Intake.
1) What category we have to select on form IMM0008, whether it will be "Skilled Worker" or "Provincial Nominee", I qualify for NOC 2173.
2) In my wife's passport, (FamilyName/SurName/LastName) area is blank, only (GivenName/FirstName) is mentioned. Now on Federal Forms, "Family Name(s)" is mandatory and we can left GivenName blank, so I filled her complete name in "Family Name(s)" column, BUT with SINP online application its mandatory to fill both firstname and lastname, I am not sure How should I deal with it?
Thanks,
Sanjeev
Do you think, if I be more positive than you then is it possible, after May 15th, they expedite everything and dedicate our CITIZENSHIP instead of our permanent resident visas after we submitted our package to CIO and less than a month?!!!! ;D ;D ;DFSWCIO said:I'm very positive that after May'15 the AOR waiting time would drop to just under 1 month.

Ummm let me think... Yeah it's possible. I heard about someone applied for student visa and been given citizenship straightway... mmmmmmmmmm let me see, it is a little hard but nothing isn't impossible in this world!
Yes, That is true and I think so they will return to their fast days very soon. When we look back in the last year, their delay was less than 2 months in May 2014 and it increased to 5 months in December. I hope we could get our AOR before August.FSWCIO said:CIC centralized intake office has stops taking paper based FSW and a big portion of PNP application since December 30, 2014. So of course the big amount of application load decreases. Currently they are giving AOR for December applicant which they would finish by may and after that they would have very little amount of paper base application comparing to now. So AOR processing time bound be as little as below 1 months.
This mean your AOR would be due around 20th June.

I also heard they send first AOR with XEP but we have to wait for the actual AOR with what we can track our application online. After getting the AOR they nowadays typically takes two week to send it to the visa office.harirajmohan said:FSWCIO and Victor,
Good assessment. Let me get my pack ready but waiting for PCCs.
As you have started on this topic then let me clear my confusion. The funny part was the time i took to search on terms IN and DM. After few hours I got IN as In Process (after the second fee or whatever) and later i tried and tried for DM and after 1 day I found that its Decision Made . So let me here instead of breaking my head .
Can you or anyone tell me the stages of CIC? I have confusion on which ones occur when.
Some guy in other forum says 'Received 1st AOR with XEP # May 2,2015. Waiting for the 2nd AOR...'. So here are the questions:
Sequence of stages at cic? I have confusion on when local visa office come into picture.
Do we have 2 AOR?
How to keep up with address changes after applying to cic? Should i worry less on it as we can check online but i need client id? I could see in some forum that we can call cic and get it, is it?
FSWCIO, Have you sent the package to CIC?
Good. 20th may target is ok.FSWCIO said:I also heard they send first AOR with XEP but we have to wait for the actual AOR with what we can track our application online. After getting the AOR they nowadays typically takes two week to send it to the visa office.
I haven't sent it yet...I'd send it on around 20 may
Here is the whole story from my knowledge:harirajmohan said:FSWCIO and Victor,
