SINP 2015 WITHOUT JOB OFFER LET'S DREAM HERE !

Hello Friends,

Do we need to attached all relevant "Federal Forms" or "Provincial Forms" along with the online application? Actually I don't see any page or area while filling the online application?

If we need to attached them, please let me know where?

Also, Do we have to create separate online application for spouse as for my application they haven't asked any information about spouse other than marriage certificate .

Kindly advice.

Are you trying to create an application online at SINP? If so then follow the guide or checklist given. ONly the forms mentioned. For your spouse there are Schedule A Background declaration and Additional Family information.

After you create an application you can find in the right hand side below sections/links. So add appropriate ones and you have option to upload under each section after adding them.

Add In-Canada Relative
Add Federal Forms and Documents
Add Previous Application

I don't have PCC from FBI, I havn't applied it yet and I'm hearing it'll take at least 3 months to receive it.

I looked at CIC checklist and regarding PCC it says
"You are strongly encouraged to submit your police certificate with your application to the CIO. If you are unable to obtain all the necessary police certificate, you may still send your application to CIO without them. However we strongly recommend that you take steps to obtain your police certificate now to avoid future delays. You must be ready to submit them when requested by an officer".

Should I go ahead and send my application without PCC or wait for three months for PCC?

Please suggest.

Go ahead and submit your application without PCC and in the mean while apply for PCC from FBI.

I too need to get one. So even if it takes sometime i am getting it as we have time for 6 months anyway. If we do not send then cic might give less than 2 months (i guess) to submit it which will be difficult to provide hence this time is better to collect documents even though it will take more time to get it. So think about it and decide. I think that most of us are sending application to cic after getting pcc. I know its pain to get pcc from multiple countries which takes more time but no choice.

I see that we can only skip medical (due to the reasons Victor said about the limitations on duration of visa while receiving it) and RPR fee which have little delay (may be more) but can be done quickly within specified time whenever requested by cic.

If you can share, have you prepared the pack? When are you planning to send?

I dont have any job offer from any Saskatchewan employer. However now I have created it, is there any way we can delete it.

The program for without job offer has reached the threshold for this year. You need job offer to apply at this stage. We do not have option to delete. You can keep the application open without submitting it as i too have one application which is open for months.

But here it say they haven't started intakes for 2015, I was thinking to apply for "International Skilled Workers - Express Entry", Please guide me I am new to this.

SINP Express Entry is not Open yet.

Probably when they open, they are going to change the online site to accommodate this new category.
because there are many options that will apply only for express entry candidates

by the way, Nova Scotia is open.
Ontario is not open
Prince Edward is open

Dear friends,
Could we pay processing fee by others people visa card or no?
if yes, after online payment is it mandatory to fill form imm5620E(payment form)as the payer not accept to dedicate his card info to me by filling form(like cvv2 or expiry date).
please help what should I do?

Thanks for the information, I thought I should well prepared with my application in advance, So I can leave my existing application as it is and once they Open new changed site, then only I should create and fill new application, right?

Apart from this,I have few little query.

1) What category we have to select on form IMM0008, whether it will be "Skilled Worker" or "Provincial Nominee", I qualify for NOC 2173.

2) In my wife's passport, (FamilyName/SurName/LastName) area is blank, only (GivenName/FirstName) is mentioned. Now on Federal Forms, "Family Name(s)" is mandatory and we can left GivenName blank, so I filled her complete name in "Family Name(s)" column, BUT with SINP online application its mandatory to fill both firstname and lastname, I am not sure How should I deal with it?
