Update on my pr card: Landed on 11th April (Toronto) Photo Request : 1st week of June Photos submitted: 25th/26th June Application approved on myCIC: Aug 29th Hopeful to get the card soon, it's a long wait!!!

Today I got the email for photos, I landed on 11th April & today is 47th day so it has definitely changed from 45 days to around 60 days....

Hi, I landed on 11th April, till now my status was Complete after landing but today it's changed to Decision Made, did they really send my Card? It's only 25 days so I'm not very hopeful :)

No, it means medical results have been received from your doctor and now CIC will review them to make a decision on medical admissibility. Generally, if there's any issue doctor him/herself will tell you at the time of examination, So you should be good & receive positive result soon.
