Make sure you keep a receipt/ document that shows you have done the DNA test in this Lab. And also ask if they can provide a copy of the request that they got from Canada Lab.

Just visited CIC in Singapore. Wanted to summit my RPRF in advance.

1. They do not accept it as they can oy accept it after they request for it
2. Singapore is affected by the strike and processing time may take more than 2months
3. Due to the strike, passports will take a longer time to be returned back
4. For those in Malaysia, there is a new VAC in Malaysia now

Yes you can, but it does not make any differences. You can simply do it through DHL, no need to involve third party. VAC is a private company which works closely with CIC.
