Dear members

I got ITA for EE during the last draw, but I am worried that my previous visitor visa refusals affect my PR application. I was refused a visa visitor because the officer think that I would not be leaving canada at the end of my stay, and cross out ''Purpose of visit''. I reapplied to same visa office and this time with explanation letter for purpose of visit. This time the VO phoned me and asked me if I am engaged or married to a canadian citizen. I told him no but told him I had a gf in Canada, but we broke up when I left Canada a year ago. I got refused again with same reason ''that I do not satisfy him that I would leave canada at the end of my stay.....'' I contacted a lawyer and send him the refusal letter. He said, he will need to write a letter to make sure that the refusal do not affect my future PR application. The thing is that he asked me for quiet a huge amount of money and the contract that he sent to me mention that this is only a deposit.

Well I dont mind paying, if can make sure that the refusal of my visitor visa will affect my future PR application.

Any advise, pleaseeeeeee!!! :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

Once you get your ITA it will ask you if you've ever been refused a visa.

You should then select "yes" and you will have an opportunity to write and upload a Letter of Explanation along with your application.

I am unsure as to whether this letter from your letter would help at this point (assuming you haven't received an ITA)

Cheers ;)

You do not need a lawyer. I had my Work visa refused while I was in the middle of my PR process but I got my PR easily. You need to, however, explain clearly how many times you applied for your visa and what happened each time when you submit your documents for ITA. The explanation can be just as you did in your post here, truthful and to the point. Don't worry that you have been refused before for your TRV.

No need o f lawyer, he is just making money out of u. Visitor visa and PR is two different application. If you got refusal before your ITA. You should mention all your refusal with date. If you got refusal after your submitted your PR application. You can update schedule A and send it via CSE.
