Also to add, Did your portal get updated before you were able to download the e-certi. Please confirm .

If you are asking about the tracker, I did not check that, I just went to the portal to download the ecert and was able to do so after entering my information, and yes, what you mentioned in your subject line should be enough. I added my Application number but I don't think that was required.

Can you please let me know how does one know Decision has been made? There is no such field in the tracker?
Also how long after LPP turned green did you get oath invite?

Few days ago someone posted in this thread that their tracker was updated around 3pm and I asked again to clear my doubt,,,, that person said that there was no update at 2pm.

That's the only one time I heard about it... although it never happened to me ....I am also checking it several times a day.

Most of the emails I got from IRCC during my process was around 3:00 PM as well. I dont know if that means that they are updating the portal at the same time, but I am assuming they happen simultaneously.
