I am so happy it finally progressed. I was checking my tracker everyday and I cannot tell you how happy I was to see the Tracker Date change to September 22nd from March 2nd.

Since you have waited so long, feel free to email them. They may have scheduled you already for ceremony but not pushed through the portal update.

My finish line is at the OCI. My travel to India is in March 2024. I think I will be there.

LOL. Just a suggestion when you are done with the ceremony, book your BLS appt in advance. It is hard to get appointment and walk in are pointless.
