Update on my situation: I was able to reach the call center. Talked to an agent, she will be sending an urgent message to my local office. They haven't sent my certificate as of yet, and I have to travel by May.

Fingers crossed. Not sure who is working in the local office but it seems there are still people who are working on things.

I really hope the strike can be resolved sooner than later for everyone's benefit.

Hi Guys,

I am not able to log in to my tracker- this has been ongoing for a week now. As I enter my login info and click 'Sign-in', the system moves to the next page but it keeps showing 'Loading... / Chargement..' and doesn't do anything. I have tried waiting - looking at the screen like an owl for more 15 mins- but nothing happens.
Did anyone else face the same issue or something similar.

Thanks, I tried that number several times before, Mid morning, but after dialing through a few options it said no one is available. But I"ll try again.
Yea I heard there is delay due to the strike. Eventually it will connect
 
I had different dates. My physical presence got completed week or so before my other things got completed. Depending on what they need to check it can have different dates.

I see you also were asked for FP as well and so was I but they also asked me to scan entire passport.

That does happen, I did not have many passports or a lot of travel so mine was probably simpler in that sense. If they think they need to check they request a passport scan again, or check things in an interview.
