And A LOT of times, even though they receive the response, the status is never updated online and it continues to say waiting on you. My whole process is complete, but the tracker was never updated. When i submitted my application I was requested to send explanation of a gap between my passports (I had no passport for two weeks). I sent the email and they received it (have the proof on my email files), but I still get a message when I login to the tracker that says "We're waiting for you". Will this change when they finally take a look at that part of the process? or should I re-submit the information just in case? I don't want my application to get delayed in processing due to this.
