Thank you @olayemo for the update, I was finally able to register and check the updates on my application.
Application received: Sept 22nd
AOR: Nov. 3rd
Application Filed: In progress since Oct. 21st
Language skills: In progress
Physical presence: In progress
Background check: In progress
Prohibitions: In progress

Are the application number different? If they are the same, you can ignore the new one.
They are the same. How to ignore?
I have tracker account it shows "in process " from Nov.3 and at Nov.24 they sent AOR letter with same application number.
Ignore the new AOR email. Sometimes they keep sending the same email again and again. As you already have tracker account setup, you should track everything there.
August applicants see many BG check in these days. It looks from AOR to BG takes around 3 month .

That's a good question, files get picked up randomly I guess but in a generic time period. IRCC is magic anyway, who knows lol. Also remember the sample size. Could be many people from June/July saw progress but we are seeing the ones (in the spreadsheet) that didn't. Hopefully everyone gets updates soon!
