Hello everyone. In my application tracker i got that message today:
Submit your fingerprints
Background verification
New update
Waiting on you
You need to have your fingerprints taken so we can continue processing your application.
  • We sent you a letter or email with instructions to submit your fingerprints.
  • Follow the letter or email’s instructions.
Unfortunately, i have not received any email from CIC so i can follow the instruction!!!
So what should i do?!!!

Exactly same. I received an email after two days from tracker update.
 
Just an FYI. My spouse's Citizenship test status has been updated to complete. Mine is still in progress. She did the test a couple of hours after me.

All other statuses are still In progress, except Citizenship ceremony (Not started).

Still no update on my test results...
 
i applied my notes and after 30 days i got yhis email can any body teel me what i have to do now?

If I will move to Cambridge, at the end of this month after the test from Brampton. Will my file be transferred to Kitchener office? I heard that Kitchener office is too slow.
 
INCORRECT. Applying under Privacy Act is perfectly fine AND is recommended because you don't pay the $5 fee when you apply under the Privacy Act.
May be thats why they are delaying because its free :p
When cic doesnt even process the paid citizenship files on time, i dont expect them to give something free without wasting more time ;)

IRCC did not ask for an extension for me. It was 2 days late, so it is acceptable. It was CBSA that requested 30 more days to issue GCMS notes LOL.

I was confused. Initially thought to write below but later thought it was cic.
"CBSA is now learning from cic on how to work on files" :p
