My ECAS shows below information for a week or so, but still nothing further...
1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on September 24, 2020.

Anyone is with the same situation? I'm concerned if my application is not accepted.

If you have the first line, it is very likely that you already have AOR but it was not set out because of the system glitch.

Call IRCC and ask for your application number and they'll give it to you.

Hi I called CIC the agent told me they have problems issuing AORs, anyways, he gave me my application number and sent me an email with the content to study for the test.

with my App # I was able to search on the CAS and my status is: Application Received.

what’s the next status? In progress?

I'm exactly in the same situation. received on September 10, 2020.

what was the number you called? I cant seem to be able to et through to the call center, it says that it is not open due to covid or something similar.

Call IRCC on 1-888-242-2100.

I used the menu options 1, 4, 1, 1. (You will have to wait patiently till the menu is active as there is a lot of talk in between options when they don't accept input.)

I got the usual message that all agents are busy, and I could leave a number to call back. I did this and got a call back in about 30 minutes.

Call early in the day. They work from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

I got my AOR today on Jan 29 by e-mail. Also, the first line appeared on Jan 16.

Please update.

I phoned IRCC, and they confirmed that they have received the application, and gave me the application number, also sent me the study for the test.

It seems to be fine, hopefully, every thing's alright.

What is the first line?

Mine says "Application Received" under "Citizenship Application Status".

I click on that and in line 1 it says "1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on September 28, 2020."

Mine is the same except date is September 4th

Can someone change my status on the excel sheet? Still no aor letter or a 2nd line, but I was told that the aor letter was prepared on Dec 21. So is it my AOR date?
