You can do it now or even if you dont do it now, clerk will check and confirm your mailing address during registration process of the ceremony. So, dont worry....and yes, that new address need not be the same address as in your current profile. Certificates can be mailed anywhere in Canada. After ceremony, you will be asked to send your current mailing address along with the signed oath form.Hello everyone,
I have a question related to the Oath Ceremony and receiving the Certificate.
My profile and my wife's application were updated today to attend the Oath Ceremony on March 25th.
However, we are putting our place for sale in a few days. As you probably can guess, is impossible to know when we will have to move.
I was just wondering if during the Oath Ceremony is it possible to provide an alternate address for the Certificate to be mailed? Or should the address be updated on ECAS?
