How much time does it take for the passport to each once it leaves canada post? It looks like I have a tracking number and the packet was received by them on 25th June. It was it is in transit on 27th June. Any ideas on when it will arrive?

Called them again today.. seems like mid and end march folks are getting their PP now. They also confirmed 9 weeks is not accurate and its more of 12 weeks plus as timelines.

Have applied to a different location (Gatineau) but now the normal processing time is 9 weeks and by the looks of it, it looks like it easily surpasses 12 weeks mark for a lot of folks. I applied on 28th March and its been 12+ weeks and I am still waiting

Just got this update from passport canada.. :( Your application was received in March Passport Canada began the process on Apr 27th, but not completed Did anyone get the same status? It does not even say that it is ready to print and its been 12 weeks now.

Been lurking here for a bit My timeline application was mailed on Mar 28th application received Mar 29th cc got charged Apr 16th After that no update. Does anyone have a similar timeline as me and has not received the PP yet? Been around 11 weeks now

I called the passport office and the automated voice mail says the processing time now is 9weeks plus mailing time. It seems on an average it will take around 2.5 months before we get the passport

Did not make plans but will make it as soon as I get it. Its not urgent per say but I was hoping this would be quick after waiting 1.5 years for the citizenship
