Can anyone tell me what's the next step now after receiving UCI number?

You can log in at ecas https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/ to check your profile using your uci of file number. They are updating it saying they started processing your application, received medical results etc. You might need to wait like a day or two to log in.

And now you just have to wait for the sponsor approval.

We received AOR today. They received our application on Sept. 9, 2015.

I don't think that they will lose your file. You have a receipt from your courrier / Canada post that they received it so it would be ok after the 63 days if you don't get an answer I think you can call them and they will have to give you answer to where is your file.

Thank though i hope you are right. Yeah will surely call them cant help but count the days. 56 days now

thanks. I was able to log in on Wednesday but now I cannot login anymore
I am so confused, I might call them today.

We finally got our AOR today!!! The application was received on Sept. 11th.
