Man that really bites! I'm so sorry Subbanator.. So you just received COPR in the mail today? This is the sort of reason that although having DM is a good thing, it's not over till it's over and anything can happen it seems.. Lets hope you get a corrected one ASAP!

Got my COPR today!!! Still very surreal, but at least now it's official and I can breathe! My medical was due to expire 7/8/2015, however they obvs extended it to expire 04/29/2016. COPR was issued 05/29/15 I received it in 4 business days.

We were given 45 days to update some stuff with them a few weeks back and then got DM two days ago.. I don't think it necessarily means that they shelve your file for 45 days but then again all I can say is my experience so who know's overall? I would call again and see if you can get the information out of another agent.. Be very respectful and friendly is always the best chance I think (not that you weren't or anything of course, just sayin is all for your best outcome etc) ..

There should be more IP's and DM's soon here.. Our status has updated once not long ago on a weekend (Saturday) stating Medical Results Received, and then again it updated to DM sometime between 12:00am and 6:30am Tues morning.. Keep watching, checking, praying, hoping, and I will be doing the same 8) Seems it can update at anytime 24/7

According to someone, they changed their policy a week ago. I guess meaning they can't look into files over the phone anymore.... so strange as yesterday, though the lady wasn't very helpful, she still was looking at my file.

Well, hopefully we get it soon. It's been a month since they requested my CSQ.

Thanks everyone. Yeah how does that mistake get made? Oh well, more waiting. At least we're used to that by now. Hopefully it won't be months.

almost a month since we got our medical received notice from Cairo office. I did get an email from CIC Cairo that said they are waiting on background checks, then they will proceed with the application. we have been fortunate to have movement two months in a row; hoping for ppr soon, as we approach the one month mark of receiving the medical update.

I got an email from my immigration lawyer yesterday saying they'd received my CoPR at their office in Toronto. They're sending it to me via courier for delivery on Monday! Think Husband and I are gonna flagpole on Tuesday or Wednesday!

CIC asked for Original police records from a 1998 incident, I sent them a copy with the FBI record. Are they wanting explicit details? I emailed another copy of what I sent; yet I feel that's not enough....

My wife landed yesterday. It took about 90 minutes from the time the plane landed. I had to seriously delay and find ways to explain why I couldn't just go file a lost baggage claim, since that was the story I gave my folks to have them wait for my wife's flight. My dad figured it out, but my mom didn't. My mom was really surprised to see my wife on Canadian soil, after so many TRV refusals.

Now we wait for the PR card.

What you sent them, were they the records from the police department itself?

Not detailed just an outline, but it was a court record they emailed me; curious if they require certified? I was 18 lol punched a hole in moms wall... ooops!
