Thanks prax..!!

So i am summarizing ...!!

Wife is a PA who is in Canada in work visa and added me as spouse

Both of us gone through medical as well as paid RPRF in march...!!

She needs to appear for IELTS for the completion of file as she is the PA and not the spouse.

Please confirm? am i right?

And one more thing :- if she doesn't appear for ielts ....thn? consequences ?

Can anyone not in Canada who's ordered GCMS notes advise what options they picked to get the notes? The only options I get are citizen, permanent resident, or in Canada at the moment, so it's says I'm not eligible. Sent additional docs over a month ago, no update

Well, IELTS is not supposed to a requirement at this stage of your application. You said you paid RPRF also.
Normally people working in Canada appear for CELPIP exam which is equivalent to IELTS and sufficient for applying for PR.
I assume your wife might have cleared this already, or she might have applied for the PR in a different category.
Without passing the IELTS/CELPIP, one cannot apply for PR in CEC category, at least to my knowledge.

Whats you ecas status is saying?

Hi,

If you have travelled to India, in between then CIC normally ask for these documents.

Except police certificate rest of the documents you can scan & send through email but you have to send police certificate original through mail.

Its nothing to do with your traveling back to India. They need your information since you submitted your application. Nothing unusual.
I have noticed this being asked in cases where there is an address change. Just an observation.

Oh My God! I just realized that my IELTS record was already expired! But I am still waiting for my PPR. Do I need to take a second IELTS test?? Anyone has experienced this situation? Help me please!

Many thanks!

I Have paid RPRF upfront on 17-apr-2016.
Now i can login to ECAS with my receipt number today.

Sept 2 application here.
Finally received an email from CIC yesterday, asking me to pay RPRF since it's outstanding. The email said that my application has been determined eligible while other admissibility reviews are still in process. I take it this is the RPRF request email.
Glad to finally see a movement!

Hi! ;)

I received RPRF request in March 10 2016. But I aready paid it on December 2015. The letter from CIC said that I passed the eligibility but GCM notes in March 16 2016 has blank in the area of eligibility.

In this case, was my eligibility passed or not?

Does Anybody Know?
